The short version

The calculators run entirely in your browser. What you type into a tool — your revenue, your rent, your parcel value — is never sent to a server, because these pages don't have a backend to send it to. Closing the tab clears it.

What we don't collect

No account system exists. No form on this site submits calculator inputs anywhere. We do not use cookies to remember what you calculated, and we do not build a profile of individual visitors.

Advertising

This site is intended to be funded by Google AdSense. At the time of writing, no ad code is live — see the ADS_ENABLED flag in common.js, currently set to false. Once ads are switched on, Google AdSense may set cookies and use device identifiers to serve and measure ads, and, subject to your consent, personalize them. Where required (including for visitors in the EEA), a consent banner will ask before any ad-related cookie is set, using a Google-certified consent management platform. You can decline; the tools work identically either way.

Analytics

This site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count aggregate page visits. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not build a profile of you. It records things like which page was visited, an anonymized indication of your general location and device type, and the referring site — not your calculator inputs, and not anything that identifies you personally.

Third parties

Pages load no external fonts or embeds. The only third-party network activity this site currently initiates is the GoatCounter analytics request described above; advertising cookies will only begin once ADS_ENABLED is switched on and you've been shown the relevant notice.

Your rights

Because we don't collect or store personal data through the calculators, there is nothing to request, export, or delete on that front. For anything related to advertising cookies once enabled, refer to Google's own privacy documentation, or contact us below.
